The project will provide an analysis of the RTI-related initiatives, policies, regulations, and structures for support currently in effect in all nine REL-NEI jurisdictions. The project will consist of a scan of the web sites across all nine of the REI-NEI jurisdictions using a common set of key words to collect their current policies, regulations, and guidance documents related to RTI.
