Dr. Teresa Duncan specializes in evaluation of educational interventions and programs. Her expertise is in experimental and quasi-experimental methodologies, survey development, and applied educational and psychological measurement. Her most recent evaluation work focuses on interventions involving adolescent literacy, beginning reading, and professional development for math and special education teachers. She has served as Deputy Director for the What Works Clearinghouse.
