Jill E. Weber
Jill Weber is a Senior Project Director in the Applied Research and Innovation division at EDC. She has over 20 years of experience supporting educational leaders at the SEA and LEA level as a practitioner and as a professional development and technical assistance provider. Weber has worked across a range of educational areas, including technology initiatives, online learning, policy development and analysis, curriculum development, and assessment and accountability. She is a member of the New York Comprehensive Center’s senior management team and team leader for the eLearning initiative. Previously, Weber directed the Northeast and Islands Regional Technology in Education Consortium (NEIRTEC) and Project MEET—Massachusetts Empowering Educators with Technology.
Weber’s primary responsibilities at REL-NEI are overall management of work areas and coordination of the REL as it serves the region and relates to the National Lab Network. Her focus includes needs analysis, client responsiveness, and measurement of impact and effectiveness.
Weber holds an M.Ed. from Harvard University, an M.B.A from the University of Dayton-Ohio, and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
