The aim of the meeting is to explore how rigorous research can produce sustained, evidence driven advances in the effectiveness of education in OECD countries.
The meeting is the first in a planned series on EBPR in OECD countries. The primary but not exclusive emphasis at this event will be on randomized trials and associated forms of EBPR; subsequent events will have a different emphasis. Within the overall goal of advancing a research agenda that can bring sustained progress to education, the specific goals of the meeting are:
