August 2, 2016
This Data Point report shows the percentage of undergraduate students who did not apply for financial aid in 2011–12, by institution sector. The report also presents the reasons why these undergraduates did not apply for aid. The data come from the 2011–12 National Postsecondary Student Aid Study (NPSAS:12), a large, nationally representative sample survey of postsecondary students that focuses on how they finance their education.
