Daphne Garcia

Daphne Garcia has joined NCEE as an associate research scientist where she works with both the Evaluation Division and the What Works Clearinghouse. Daphne recently earned her master's of science degree in policy analysis from The New School. Prior to attending graduate school, she worked as an analyst with Abt Associates, Inc., where she focused on technical assistance and evaluation of education initiatives, particularly at the postsecondary level. She also provided technical assistance and worked on implementation evaluations of U.S. Department of Labor workforce development training initiatives.

Mark Glander

Mark Glander has joined NCES as a research scientist for the Common Core of Data (CCD), and will be focusing on the Teacher Compensation Survey. He gained in-depth knowledge of CCD while providing technical support for the survey as a senior research analyst for Kforce Government Solutions. Mark obtained his bachelor's and master's degrees in history at the University of Maryland, College Park and Harvard University.

Bobbi Woods

Bobbi Woods has joined the Assessment Division of NCES as a technology specialist and the NAEP Webmaster. Prior to joining NCES, Bobbi served as an information technology program manager at Kforce Government Solutions, Inc. Bobbi received her bachelor's degree in speech communication from The Pennsylvania State University and a certificate from George Mason University in web development and Internet technologies.
