Diana Wogan

About

Diana Wogan, a project director and technical assistance specialist at EDC, co-leads the Maine Partnership to Support Innovative and Equitable Educational Opportunities. She is an expert in social and emotional learning (SEL), the whole child approach, and policy analysis.

Wogan contributes to a wide range of EDC initiatives and has co-authored publications on continuous improvement, cultural competency, and stakeholder engagement. She is a member of EDC’s SEL & Mental Health Academy team and serves on the Knowledge Alliance’s Board of Directors. In all her work, she seeks to ensure that education policy draws on practitioners’ lessons and research to improve student achievement and well-being.

Wogan holds a MA in Political Science from Northeastern University.
