Dominique Bradley Ph.D., PMP, is a Senior Researcher at the American Institutes for Research (AIR). Bradley serves as a Partnership Lead, researcher, and technical assistance trainer for the Regional Education Laboratories Midwest’s Engagement and Achievement through Computational Thinking (ENACT) partnership. She also serves as co-PI, Project Director and implementation evaluation lead for evaluations of the Community Schools Initiative, Full Service Community Schools and Sustainable Community Schools for evaluations in Chicago Public Schools, Florida, Idaho, Lewis University, Alaska, and Arizona. She serves as a Subject Matter Expert in improvement Science and the establishment and facilitation of Networked Improvement Communities (NICs) for several projects at AIR. She previously served as the Deputy Director and coaching lead of the Long Beach Network for School Improvement. Her areas of expertise are in community schools implementation evaluations, qualitative research methods, improvement science methods, developing and supporting networked improvement communities, supporting and evaluating research-practice partnerships, and teacher retention, preparation and support. Bradley holds a Bachelors in Sociology from Southern Oregon University and a Masters in Sociology.
