Stephen Lipscomb

About

Stephen Lipscomb leads a partnership focused on using measurement and evidence to improve racial equity in educational opportunities and outcomes for students. Dr. Lipscomb also oversees all of REL Mid-Atlantic’s partnership work as the task leader for working in partnership with stakeholders. In this role, he has helped REL Mid-Atlantic develop and maintain education partnerships in the region, develop logic models, and identify outcomes to guide partnership work. He has also contributed to the design of several technical assistance and research projects and co-developed a guide to help families and caregivers implement at home the WWC practice guide recommendations for educators to support elementary writing.
