This infographic provides an overview of the Evidence and Gap Map (EGM) developed by REL Pacific in partnership with the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Public School System to support the selection of effective K–3 reading interventions. It provides an excerpt of the EGM and explains how to interpret improvement indices, ESSA evidence tiers, and literacy domains.

In response to a request from the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) Public School System (PSS), REL Pacific conducted a systematic review of Tier 2 literacy interventions for students in grades K-3.
