In this announcement, the Institute of Education Sciences (Institute) invites applications for research projects that will contribute to its research program in Evaluation of State and Local Education Programs and Policies. For the FY 2010 competition, the Institute will consider only applications that meet the requirements outlined below under Part II Evaluation of State and Local Education Programs and Policies and Part III Requirements of the Proposed Research
