In this announcement, the Institute of Education Sciences (Institute) invites applications for research projects that will contribute to its Special Education Research and Development Center program. For the FY2010 Special Education Research and Development Center competition, the Institute invites applications for two Special Education Research and Development Centers: (1) Special Education Research and Development Center on Assessment and Accountability and (2) Special Education Research and Development Center on Improving Mathematics Instruction for Students with Mathematics Difficulties.
