In this announcement, the Institute of Education Sciences (Institute) invites applications for research projects that will contribute to its Education Research and Development Center program. For the FY 2012 Education Research and Development Center competition, the Institute invites applications for (a) the National Education Research and Development Center on Cognition and Adult Literacy and (b) the National Education Research and Development Center on State and Local Policy.
