Description: | Purpose: This project proposes to investigate how changes in state policy over time relate to student achievement trends in NAEP mathematics and reading, and to changes in the achievement gap between racial/ethnic groups. The project will link the 1992 and 2003 NAEP fourth- and eighth-grade achievement scores to a detailed database of state policy indicators compiled by the investigators. |
