Through the Research Networks Focused on Critical Problems of Education Policy and Practice grant program, NCER focuses resources and attention on specific education problems or issues that are a high priority for the Nation and establishes both a structure and process for researchers who are working on these issues to share ideas, build new knowledge, and strengthen their research and dissemination capacity.

For FY2024, IES invites applications for:

  • Up to 5 Research Teams to join the Extending the Reach of Career and Technical Education (CTE) Research Network.
  • Up to ten Research Teams between the already completed FY2023 competition and this FY2024 competition to join the Digital Learning Platforms (DLPs) to Enable Efficient Education Research Network, SEERNet, which currently includes a Network Lead, five Platform Teams, and Research Teams funded through the FY2023 competition.
