About this event

How can schools set students up for continued success after high school? Whether students pursue college, careers, or workforce training, they need opportunities to explore their interests, connect learning to future goals, and make informed decisions about their futures. Individual Plans of Study (IPS) provide a personalized framework that helps students identify their strengths, interests, and aspirations while building the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed for postsecondary and career success.

Join school practitioners, state education agency staff, and researchers for a roundtable discussion to explore how Kansas schools and districts are implementing IPS to prepare their grade 8–12 students for life after high school. Panelists will share insights that can be used by districts and states across the country to support students to be prepared beyond high school.
