Description: Community-school partnership models respond to students' nonacademic needs so that they can focus on their learning. This session highlights a collaboration of organizations across North Dakota as they implement two community-school partnership models. The session describes how REL Central is supporting partners to develop a shared evaluation plan. The shared evaluation plan will support the implementation of the two programs and will provide data to improve services provided to students.

Audience: The session is geared towards those who work with youth at risk and are interested in the implementation and evaluation of community-school partnership models.
