Hawaiʻi-Pacific Evaluation Association (H-PEA) Conference 2024
Researchers and consultants can support an organization's goals by providing a research-based approach to systemic change and facilitating conversations that encourage planning for long-term impact. At this conference, REL Pacific shared about ongoing work with the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) Partnership to Improve Teacher Effectiveness that addresses planning for systemic change in the context of developing and implementing culturally relevant education initiatives at the K-12 and college levels in the FSM. Roundtable participants discussed elements of systemic change for various stakeholder groups and strategies for facilitating conversations with partners about sustaining initiatives that foster equitable outcomes.
