Creating a Logic Model to Meet Your Program Needs: Out-of-School Time Edition

During the 2024 Best of Out-Of-School Time (BOOST) Conference in Palm Springs, California, REL West staff, in partnership with staff from Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD), presented how logic models can be used to as a tool to support program development, evaluation, and continuous improvement. A key component of the presentation focused on walking participants through the development of short-, medium-, and long-term program outcomes. Specific experiences from the SAUSD expanded learning team were also shared as part of the presentation.
