Description: During the Virginia's Community Colleges 2024 New Horizons Conference, REL Appalachia staff presented and discussed research-based, actionable resources to build a culture of resilience, equity, and learning.

Audience: Conference attendees included educators and leaders from throughout the Virginia Community College System (VCCS). Intended users of materials include educators, specifically, community college faculty and staff.
