  • learned about diagnostic tools to interpret teacher concerns about implementing education innovations, practices, or programs.
  • interpreted examples of data collected with the diagnostic tools.
  • described next steps to strengthen implementation of educational innovations, practices, or programs and foster teacher well-being.

In Part 1, which focused on the Stages of Concern, presenters shared how the diagnostic tools from the Concerns-Based Adoption Model can serve as valuable resources for helping school/district leaders gain insight into teachers' self-described concerns when implementing educational innovations, practices, or programs.
