Supporting Literacy Coaches in Using Classroom Observation Tools

Participants, including Mississippi Department of Education literacy coaches and state department staff members, will review research on literacy coaching and classroom observations. Presenters will facilitate a discussion on the implications of this research on current and future work in coaching. Participants will then be prepared to use the Coach's Classroom Observation Tool (CCOT) during classroom observations.
