Teacher Retention, Mobility, and Attrition in Four States

Time: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. MT

Description: This training will provide an opportunity for partners to apply and deepen their knowledge and skills in interpreting research studies and to continue to learn about teacher mobility across the region by interpreting the Factors Related to Teacher Mobility and Attrition in Colorado, Missouri and South Dakota report. REL Central will review the context for the report and the key findings identified by partners in a previous training as well as questions generated at the end of that training. The partners will then systematically identify and prioritize key findings. REL Central will then facilitate a discussion for the partners to decide on next steps, which may include further inquiry, policy decisions, or program decisions.
