About this event

On August 23, 2023, REL West will meet with partners at the San Fransisco Unified School District (SFUSD) for to kick off the Creating Equitable Educator Practices and Improved Discipline Outcomes for Black Students in San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) partnership with a training session focused on Articulating a Theory of Action. During this training session, participants will learn about continuous improvement, driver diagrams, and the utility of these methods and tools for their work in reducing racial disparities in disciplinary rates, and develop a clear, shared working theory for how site-based Coordinated Care Teams can reduce racial disparities in disciplinary practices.
