Using National Postsecondary Student Aid Study (NPSAS) data from before and after the Post-9/11 GI Bill was implemented (2007–08 and 2011–12); this Statistics in Brief investigates military service members' and veterans' enrollment in undergraduate and graduate education and their use of Veterans' education benefits. The report also examines how these military students differ from their nonmilitary peers in their enrollment patterns, demographics, disability status, and participation in online education.
