This First Look report provides some selected findings from the 2007-08 Beginning Teacher Longitudinal Survey along with data tables and descriptive information. The first wave of BTLS data collection was part of the 2007-08 Schools and Staffing Survey and the second wave of data collection was part of the 2008-09 Teacher Follow-up Survey (TFS).
