Introducing the New Evidence-Based Toolkit for Teaching Reading Comprehension in Grades K–3

The webinar provides an overview of the Toolkit for Teaching K–3 Reading Comprehension and shows how educators can use its free, evidence-based resources to strengthen reading comprehension instruction. Grounded in evidence-based recommendations from the What Works Clearinghouse Improving Reading Comprehension in Kindergarten Through 3rd Grade Practice Guide, the toolkit supports teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders in building effective reading comprehension practices that improve student outcomes. Participants will explore the toolkit’s professional learning modules, implementation resources, and supports for family engagement.
