Mapping State Proficiency Standards Onto NAEP Scales: 2005-2007 (NCES 2010-456)

This research and development study applies a methodology for comparing education proficiency standards across states by "mapping" state 4th and 8th grade percent-proficient-results from state assessments onto a common, NAEP scale.
