About this event
The Long Term Trend (LTT) assessment has been administered periodically to 9, 13, and 17 year-old students since 1971 in reading, and since 1973 in mathematics. The content on the assessment has remained essentially the same since the testing program began so that we can consistently measure trends in student knowledge in these two critical areas. This report presents scores in reading and math for the latest assessment, scores for previous assessments, scores and gaps based on subgroups (race and gender), and scores based on performance level descriptors. Results are reported at the national level only.
