This Data Point uses data from the U.S. Census Bureau's Survey of Income and Program Participation (SIPP) which, in 2012, included for the first time questions on occupational licensure and certification. This Data Point looks at the relationship between the educational attainment of adults and their possession of occupational licenses and certifications.
