This report uses data collected in the School Crime Supplement (SCS) to the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS) to compare rates of unfavorable conditions at school, such as availability of drugs and alcohol and presence of hate-related graffiti, gangs, and guns, between students who were bullied at school during the 2012-13 school year and students who were not bullied.
