Description: To support the Delaware Department of Education the REL team will briefly summarize information on how state education agencies (SEAs) collect exclusionary discipline data and approach state-wide accountability measures including indicators, disproportionality scoring, and thresholds. They will also share example use-cases from SEAs who have observed reductions in these discipline practices in schools they have supported, including best practices or interventions. The REL team will summarize the evidence base around how exclusionary discipline practices impact school climate overall.
