Building from the logic model developed in the first technical support session, REL Northwest will continue to work with the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) to identify and meet goals of the Early Literacy Success School District Grant program. In this session, REL Northwest will guide ODE members in brainstorming and refining potential questions to evaluate the grant program. The final set of drafted questions will be used in future sessions of the series.
