About this event

On January 19, 2024, REL West met with partners at Grand County School District (GCSD) and San Juan County School District (SJSD) for the second coaching session as part of the the Improving Academic Outcomes for Multilingual Students in Rural Southeast Utah partnership. During session 2, participants reviewed trends from a scan of formal and informal teacher collaborations and trends in teachers' perceptions of PLCs, discussed similarities and differences between the trends the two districts found in the data; and developed a shared understanding of strengths and areas of need for supporting effective PLCs.
