Description: Participants will establish a common understanding of the eight competencies for culturally responsive teaching. Participants will also build a shared understanding of sense of belonging and identify evidence-based, student-focused strategies that can directly impact students' sense of belonging and practice thinking about how they can make changes in their own classrooms.
