Description: Coaches from REL Midwest administered a training for the Data-Informed Leadership for Equity (DILE) training. During the training, school staff learned about the DILE partnership and became familiar with action-based monitoring (ABM) data. School staff then learned how to apply a framework for taking action and practice using their school's data. The training audience included school leaders and staff at a school in Waseca, Minnesota.
