The Arkansas THRIVE Leadership Academy is a collaborative program to support Arkansas districts in developing and sustaining a multi-tiered system of support so that students have access to the personalized academic, behavior, and mental health supports needed to be successful. In this session, REL Southwest will support staff at the Arkansas Department of Education in developing the core components of an evaluation plan--including the research questions, sampling strategy, implementation and outcome measures, data collection activities, communication plans, and potential timelines--to facilitate the execution of future evaluation activities.
