Participants finalized the indicators and began development of a Student Success Plan framework in the fourth training session of this project. REL Northwest facilitated a process to help Oregon Department of Education (ODE) staff incorporate the feedback to finalize the indicators. REL Northwest discussed possible components of an overarching success plan framework and facilitated discussion of components that could be added, edited, or eliminated. The list of possible framework components includes (a) a common logic model to guide success plan development and revision, (b) implementation expectations aligned to the logic model, (c) a common success plan template and/or set of components aligned with the implementation expectations and logic model, (d) common success plan indicators, and (e) guidance for developing student success plan specific indicators that would complement the cross-plan indicators.
