REL Northwest assisted partners in reaching a consensus on a final working version of the evaluation documents. REL Northwest then used the Data Quality module from the Program Evaluation Toolkit (Stewart et al., 2021) to facilitate a discussion of data quality and the types of data that Portland Public Schools (PPS) might be able to use to address their evaluation questions. REL Northwest introduced the Evaluation Matrix from the Program Evaluation Toolkit (Stewart et al., 2021) and helped the partners use the matrix to determine (a) what data is needed to answer the evaluation questions, (b) how they will collect the data, and (c) how frequently they will collect the data. PPS partners then created a draft evaluation matrix that describes the data the district will use to answer their evaluation questions.
