Participants focused on revising the evaluation matrix, determining an evaluation design, developing an evaluation plan, and establishing monitoring routines. REL Northwest provided a brief overview of evaluation design options, highlighted the types of analyses associated with each design, and discussed the costs and benefits of each approach. After deciding what design to use, REL Northwest helped the Portland Public Schools partners synthesize their decisions into an evaluation plan.
