REL Northwest used module 2 of the Program Evaluation Toolkit (Stewart et al., 2021) to provide an overview of evaluation purposes and development and to elicit feedback from West Central Mountains Early Learning Advisory Committee (WCM ELAC) members on the draft evaluation plan.
