REL Northwest started by discussing feedback from the Portland Public Schools partners on the updated logic model in the third working session of the project. REL Northwest used guidance from the Program Evaluation Toolkit (Stewart et al., 2021) to provide an overview of how to develop evaluation questions and helped the Portland Public Schools partners draft evaluation questions for the High School Strategic Plan strategies prioritized in Session 2.
