Document the Stay Interview Strategy

On August 8, 2023, REL West will meet with partners at Maricopa County School District (MCSD) for session 2 of the Increasing Capacity to Implement District-Level Teacher Retention Partnership. During this session, participants will analyze data MCSS collected through the Stay Interview strategy inventory and identify patterns or themes from data summaries that can guide Stay Interview strategy revisions.
