About this event

Time: 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Central Time

Location: Virtual

REL Southwest provided staff at the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) with coaching on the use of logic models and with support in developing a draft logic model for the evaluation of the state's embedded associate degree program. Participants will use the logic model to articulate THECB's research objectives and draft research questions, which will be the basis of an evaluation plan.

This session is part of a REL Southwest coaching series to support THECB in better understanding how well Texas four-year colleges are providing embedded associate degree opportunities and whether the opportunities have led to an increase in students earning associate degrees in Texas.

Speakers:

  • Sarah Frazelle, Senior Researcher, REL Southwest
  • Preeya Mbekeani, Researcher, REL Southwest
  • Elizabeth Rutschow, Research Manager, REL Southwest
