About this event

Description: This third community of practice meeting focused on the importance of listening to kinship caregivers and grandfamilies to understand their perspectives and related needs. Participants learned how to conduct an empathy interview and discussed how to incorporate what they learn from an empathy interview to improve supports for students.

Audience: Professionals, advocates, and educators who support kinship caregivers and grandfamilies across Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
