Identifying Inquiry Questions and Needs for Oregon Literacy Framework

REL Northwest identified sources, including recommendations from the What Works Clearinghouse practice guides that can be used to address the evidence gaps and revision needs identified during the first training session of this project. REL Northwest shared the evidence sources with Oregon Department of Education (ODE) leaders to review and provide feedback. This feedback informed the agenda and meeting materials for Session 2.
