On June 18, 2024, REL West will meet with partners at the Utah State Board of Education (USBE) for a training session as part of the Utah Early Career Teacher Retention Partnership. In session 6, participants will learn about the new Mentoring and Supporting Teacher Excellence and Refinement (MASTER) Pilot grants; review and discuss the PLC's new brief summarizing the results of recent stay interviews with local early career teachers in Cache, Canyons, Logan, and Ogden; and plan summer/fall 2024 analytic support and applied research with REL West/USBE.
