On December 15, 2022, REL West and Lyon County School District (LCSD) will hold the fourth in a series of coaching sessions aimed at helping LCSD develop and implement a robust new professional learning community (PLC) dedicated to expanding the effective use of local interim assessment data. In Session 4, the group will gain knowledge of best practices in professional learning based on adult learning theory, and develop an appropriate professional learning design for building teacher capacity in use of selected evidence-based instructional practices.
