On January, 19, 2024, REL West met with partners at Lyon County School District (LCSD) for the third session focused on elementary literacy instruction professional learning communities (PLC). In this session, participants learned about evidence-based practices for phonological awareness, and developed a professional learning plan for using evidence-based practices in elementary literacy aligned to the priorities identified in prior sessions.
