Increasing Capacity to Implement District-Level Teacher Retention Practices Phase 1, Session 1

On July 26, 2023, REL West met with partners at Maricopa County School District (MCSD) to kick off Increasing Capacity to Implement District-Level Teacher Retention Partnership. During session 1, participants will establish an understanding the purpose and progression of the project sessions and co-create a practice inventory to collect data from districts that previously implemented the Stay Interview strategy.
